On accepting the award, GP Graders director Stuart Payne said the award was a great honor and testimony to his team’s hard work put innto product innovation and customer service.

GP Graders awarded Australian Exporter of the Year
Trade and Investment Minister Andrew Robb announced GP Graders as the winner of the 2014 Australian Exporter of the year award.

Speaking at the awards ceremony on November 27th Mr Robb said: “Exporter of the year, GP Graders – from my home-state of Victoria – should be especially proud of the innovation and imagination they’ve demonstrated, in order to capture international attention for their machinery products.”

This year marks 13 years since GP Graders installed its first cherry grading line in the USA. The complete mechanical cherry grading line was installed in 2002 at Gold Digger in Oroville, Washington.

Award Winners
For the third year running, GP Graders has won the prestigious Governor of Victoria Export Award for Manufacturing.

This Award was presented to Stuart Payne, Director of GP Graders by the Governor of Victoria, The Hon. Alex Chernov AC QC and the Minister for Employment and Trade, The Hon. Louise Asher.

GP Graders is also in contention for the Australian Exporter of the Year Awards to be held in Sydney in November.
