GP Graders setting record response times
GP Graders response team are setting new records with their response times to customers’ sites this US cherry season.
With the on-line and at-call service desk manned 24/7 in Wenatchee, Washington our response team are on hand and ready to go if a problem cannot be fixed immediately by phone or via the internet. The team have been on the road and heading to sites within 10 minutes of receiving a customer call, with the night shift team on call 24/7. We aim to be the number one service provider in the business and thank our team for their quick response times which are unprecedented in the machinery business.
