VISION ANALYSIS LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE

GP Graders’ AirJet® graders for cherry and grape tomatoes utilize the most advanced technology on the market. AirJet® graders detect external defects including aged and fresh cracks, blossom end rot (BER) as well as separation by color and size.

Fast, gentle and accurate, GP Graders’ AirJet® grader sorts cherry and grape tomatoes at up to 1 ton per lane per hour, yielding high productivity while maintaining grading accuracy.

AirJet® Vision Technology

AIRJETTM VISION

The AirJet® grader utilizes the best available German camera technology on the market today: AirJetTM Vision. AirJetTM Vision gives the sharpest picture resolution for size, color and defect analysis. B&W, color and NIR HD cameras capture 30 images of each rotating cherry and grape tomato for synchronized image analysis.

AirJetTM Vision features a 6 megapixel multispectral camera setup for each lane! We are taking up to 21,000 images of fruit every second equating to 1,890,000,000 (almost 2 billion) pixels per second. This is unprecedented in the analysis of fresh produce.

SIZE SEPARATION

The dimensions of each product are calculated using multiple images of the product. Specialized algorithms help to determine the orientation of the product to calculate the diameter, length, width, surface area and shape.

COLOR SEPARATION

Our color module provides perfect color separation enabling you to select fine color grades for product maturity separation, critical for stock control. Multiple colors ranges for any grade of tomato can be run consecutively, while color blemishes including percentage skin coverage are programmable and detectable.
